Clairvoyant Consultations — Terms & Conditions

Reservations

• Clairvoyant Consultations accepts one client reservation per calendar month. All reservations are exclusive and made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The fee for a Monthly Reservation is $7,222.00 USD, based on the Gregorian calendar month, regardless of the number of days in the month. No discounts are applied for shorter months.

• If a reservation begins after the 1st day of the month, a prorated rate may be offered based on a 31-day calendar month, subject to availability.

• Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of any consultation services. No services will be rendered until payment is received.

• Client-initiated cancellations or postponements are permitted at any time; however, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If services are postponed, efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling if availability permits.

• Clairvoyant Consultations reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued immediately based on the remaining days in the month.

Availability

• An Initial Phone Consultation will establish an understanding of the client's current position and trajectory. The purpose of this session is to offer a clear reflection, facilitating personal insight and evolution.

• The role of Clairvoyant Consultations is not to foster dependency, but to support and reflect the client's own inner knowing and journey. The consultant acts as a guide and mirror, rather than a director or authority over the client's choices.

• Services include:

  • Initial phone consultation

  • Unlimited daily email communication

  • Daily evening phone calls

Liability Waiver

By reserving services with Clairvoyant Consultations, the Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Clairvoyant Consultations from any and all liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes—either by the Client or by third parties—during or following the consultation period.

Clairvoyant Consultations offers intuitive insights and reflections. These are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and should not be interpreted or relied upon as such.

Contract & Tax

• A formal contract reflecting the above terms will be provided for electronic signature upon reservation.

• An invoice will accompany the contract.

• All services are subject to Utah state sales tax at a rate of 7.75%.
